Today marks the start of the BatScrape blog. We’re building a collection of source-specific scrapers that will run as Actors on Apify.
The project is new, and the Actors are still in development. This blog will follow that work from the beginning, alongside practical guides to collecting and using structured data.
Where we’re starting
Our planned coverage includes Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, YouTube, Google Search, and X. Each source has different inputs and output fields, so our aim is to make each scraper useful for a clearly defined task.
The first priority is a straightforward workflow: choose an Actor, provide its inputs, run it on Apify, and inspect the resulting dataset. We’ll document each Actor’s supported fields and limits as its listing becomes available.
What is available today
You can explore the planned scrapers on this website. Their buttons currently point to the BatScrape Apify profile; individual Actor links will replace that destination as listings become available.
A website preview is not a release announcement for every scraper shown. Availability, pricing, and usage instructions will come from each published Actor’s listing. Apify is our integration focus at launch.
What we’ll share next
We’re planning two posts per week: development notes and focused guides on inputs, output fields, pagination, testing, and understanding run costs. Engineering articles will distinguish proposed designs from released features.
Start with the scraper directory to see the planned coverage, or visit contact for the status of our upcoming Discord community.
